Integrated Path is looking for an IT Support Specialist to work with the Technical Support team, in order to provide seamless IT service to existing clients and be the primary contact to solve tickets and respond to technical queries and provide monitoring according to International standards. As a Technical Support Specialist here at Integrated Path, you will help us achieve our mission by accelerating value for longstanding. This role collaborates with other client-facing roles, is part of a growing team, and heavily impacts INTEGRATED PATH's success. We're looking for someone who is investigative, empathetic and has great communication skills.
An ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel in a clear and easy fashion. Moreover, Technical Support Specialists need to talk to customers directly, as well as to require excellent written and verbal communication.
Technical Support Specialist Responsibilities:
• Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
• Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
• Managing multiple cases at one time.
• Solve issues
• Clarification on tickets
• Collaboration: Engage with Engineering, and Developer teams to escalate critical issues and provide valuable feedback
Technical Support Requirements:
• Degree in computer science or information technology or any related field.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Good English
Nice to Have
• Certification in Mikrotik, Linux, CCNA, or Cisco is advantageous.
• Web applications, web development, Python, JavaScript
• Business experience at an ERP
• Experience/knowledge with tickets-support
