We are excited to announce this vacancy. Implementation engineers is responsible for implementing ERP system for businesses.
He/She works with a variety of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, to help them integrate new software or hardware into their existing infrastructure.
Implementation engineer may also be tasked with training users on how to use the new technology they’ve implemented. This can include anything from simple tutorials on how to log in to more complex training sessions on how to use specific features of the software or hardware being introduced.
Responsibilities
Understanding customer processes, old system, Org. chart, and customization needed.
Configuring database
Cleaning and uploading data
Delivering training
Working with development team to explain requirements and test modules
Work with support team to resolve issues
Must Have
Bachelor Degree or Higher in IT or Business related fields
Passion for software products
Perfect written English
Highly creative and autonomous
Problem solver
Excellent with MS apps
Good communication skills
Nice to have
Basics linux commands
Basic knowledge in ERP systems
Analytical skills
